The front leaf is an engraving on vellum hand coloured and with added hand painted decorations, that is the image with cupid and his Magic Lantern; the reverse is again an engraving hand coloured and with added hand painted decorations but this one is on paper. Some very slight marks near the base of the leaf where it joins the sticks and a few of the metal inclusions are missing but overall in very good condition, 19cm or 7 1/2" long.
